When I starter the article I had a few issues with it, such as the case of someone who is not mentally capable to handle their own financial affairs loosing firearm rights until of sound mind. Then it went into PTSD.

There are different levels of PTSD. To broad brush all these as being incapable of telling right from wrong regarding firearms. I have a major problem with it. Hell the Gov didn't even officially recognize PTSD until 1980. But now the Gov will use it against you. PTSD is recognized as a psychobiological mental disorder than can affect survivors of not only combat experience, but also terrorist attacks, natural disasters, serious accidents, assault or abuse, or even sudden and major emotional losses.

Firearm Rights can be taken away with a click on a box on a medical form. I can take years to get them back if ever achieved.

    Makes one wonder doesn't it?

What's the rate of PTSD diagnosis? Seems to be all the rage nowadays.

Who's the most likely to be diagnosed with this new fangled doodad?

Is there any correlation to the most likely to be diagnosed and their impact to the 2A?

I shoulda bought stock in tin foil!!!!!

Hell, you just sucked it up, joined the VFW or AL to be around others who been there. Still only talked about the good or funny times. That is how its been done for generations. You get a free ticket back every few nights but you and the wife suck it up. Now they have programs. If they pull a blanket PTSD restriction thousands will lose there rights on the spot. When the word gets out about it, these vets will avoid treatment. Loose-Loose situation.

Weren't the first responders to Sandy Hook taking all that extra time off due to PTSD?

Would seem that it would probably expand past just our military veterans.

So anyone with weapons and tactics training???
