I really enjoy making deer chili, but really it ends up closer to stew, because i don't like it too hot. I bet it is superb. A friend gave me some backstraps, and I am wondering what do do with them?? hint hint?? i hate to waste the backstrap on chili.

Where do you find coconut oil? I was under the impression the food police had eliminated it from stores.

Walmart has it as does Winn Dixie, it's in a tub like Crisco.
