If you've never shot a 6.5x300 wby mag it's time to start! This round is a 6.5 creedmor bullet in a 300 wratherby mag case. The 127 grain leaves the muzzle around 3500 and drop at 500 yards is only around 19 inches!

I keep coming back and drooling over this thing.
You say you shot about 40 rounds through it. Did you shoot for any groups? How tight did you get?

Shoots great! If I had pictures I’d post it. Guaranteed sub .99” at 100 by weatherby out of the box. I was shooting sub 1” groups at 100 every time. .75” wasn’t uncommon. At distance it really shines. Take it for what it’s worth but I took a screenshot of a review from weatherbys website. Take a look for yourself as well. Nobody really has anything bad to say about the rifle. Had it for a sight in, some range shooting and harvested 1 deer with it. Just don’t use it enough and want to build a scout rifle.
