    The world is changing and not for the better. Stolen property is not high on the priority list for police. File a report. Wait. Wait. Then wait on the call for a stripped or wrecked automobile and seldom an arrest.

    Wait a second! Why are they so lackadaisical about this! Once the felons steal that car they will go commit heinous crimes, since the car isn't registered to them.So don't that make that a dam deadly ghost car!?

    He told them that they have already been doing 120 mph in the car... most likely IN TOWN!
