It's all Covid plus whatever major health issue they had...usually HIV/AIDS.

My MIL is 74, has COPD, a Pacemaker, missing her gall bladder, myriad
medical issues, & generally crappy health, got COVID, survived it easily.
According to Dr. Fauci, she should have dropped dead on day 3.

If you look at who actually dies to Covid, especially the young folks...
often its gay men. Which is why they closed the hair salons.
The other two main groups are old folks in nursing homes...
and African Americans...both also HIV/AIDS-riddled populations.

So...don't sweat COVID if ya ain't got HIV/AIDS or other
immuno-deficiency issue. Its a minor cold at best for a healthy person.

There's sooo much wrong and threatening in that proposed Law. They can just snatch a generic targeted "group" or family! People with HIV & Hep should be very concerned for their Liberties. This is not just about Covid (which isn't even mentioned), does mention radiation and doesn't require proof only "suspected"! A person could have the annual flu and get locked up! Internment to begin shortly after they give themselves the power.
