Thanks for the update.
I will make sure my weather alert radio is working.
I hope power stays on.
Maybe good day to reload.

Tornado watch until 4 p.m.
A tornado watch has been issued for Santa Rosa County until 4 p.m.
A tornado watch means conditions are favorable for tornadoes. Have a plan already in place for where you will go if a tornado warning is issued. If you live in a mobile home, consider staying with family or friends until this line of storms has passed.
⚠️Damaging wind gusts of 70+ mph will be also possible with this line of storms. Treat a severe thunderstorm warning the same as a tornado warning today.
What to do if a tornado warning is issued today:
- If you can safely get to a sturdy building, then do so immediately.
- Go to a safe room, basement, or storm cellar.
- If you are in a building with no basement, then get to a small interior room on the lowest level.
- Stay away from windows, doors, and outside walls.
- Do not get under an overpass or bridge. You’re safer in a low, flat location.
- Watch out for flying debris that can cause injury or death.
- Use your arms to protect your head and neck. Wear a bike helmet if you have one. If not, use a cooking pot or mattress to cover you.

We suggest having multiple ways to receive weather warnings. Some good free apps for your phone include:
- Red Cross Tornado
- RedZone Weather
- The Weather Channel
