Are there any Colt Snake Gun collectors in this area? I am an avid collector and will be thinning my collection soon due to age and health.

I have a mint 4" 1968 blue .38 Diamondback with box and paper work. Also have a mint 4" 1976 .blue .22 Diamondback with box and paper work only factory fired.

What are you looking for? I already have a 1959 6" Python listed and I just listed a Colt Viper today. Have all of the snake guns except the Boa.

The pawn shop owners by the Whataburger at the corner of Pace and Fairfield in Pensacola are snake gun collectors. I've seen multiple pythons proudly displayed there

And they’ve been for sale for at least 3 or 4 years.
I doubt he’d get a decent price out of them.
For nice guns, Coltforum.com or Gunbroker would be his best bet.

The older Colts will always be prized by the older shooters (guilty as charged). The newer Colts seem to be capturing the interest of younger shooters. Most don’t appreciate the Colt legacy, sadly.
