old classic WWI era colt 1917 .45acp revolver. has flat black duracoat finish. barrel in very good shape, no pitting.
uses half or full moon clips (i have 3 that will come with it). will come with a box of .45 auto rim reloads and other
ammunition. this is for local florida residents or alabama residents close by thru alabama FFL.

I have used the .45 auto rim ammo in mine without the moon clips, you can use the standard 45 acp without the clips but sometimes you need something to push the brass out of the cylinder with if you are shooting hotter loads. My 200gr semi wad cutters are mild enough that the 45 acp brass will fall out with a slight tap on the cylinder. I have one from 1917 and one from 1943 and both shoot great. Wilson Combat and a few other companies sell moon clips for not too much, think I got 3 packs of 5 for $12 before shipping.

There are several companies that sell the 45 rimmed brass. It is not all that expensive either.
