Rifle is Savage model 111, chambered in .270win.
Scope is a Sig Sauer Tango 4 6-24x50. 30mm tube. Illuminated MRAD reticle. Exposed elevation and wind age turrets with 0.1mil adjustments. First focal plane. Held together with a pair of Burris Signsture Zee rings.
I put this rifle together in hopes that my wife would use it, but she doesn’t care for it.
Rifle is sighted in at 100yds with Hornady Precision Hunter (145 grain ELD-X) with elevation zero stop set there. Turrets are true and repeatable. I shot the rifle out to 350yds and the turret/bullet did just what they were supposed to.
Very easy rifle to shoot. Scope is very nice. This will make an excellent deer killer for someone.
