    It is considered an old model vaquero as the owner stated. It is built on a blackhawk frame. This is evident by the caliber as modern vaqueros are not built on the blackhawk frame and are not chambered in .44 magnum. This is yet another example of people commenting on others post without proper knowledge, or an intent to purchase.

    This is a great looking revolver in great condition to include the color case hardening. Sure to be a collector due to it being an "old model" vaquero in .44 mag.

    have 5 1/2 inch of this in .45 ...tempted......even with that "ruff finish".....would go well with my older version Blackhawk .44 mag 4 5/8...got me thinking.....
