Slowly downsizing my match .22lr collection. This is my last Kimber 82G made in Clackamas OR circa ‘86. It was new when I got it and originally sold by CMP. I recently took it out for a test fire w/ 100 rds. Metal bluing is excellent and wood has a couple of minor dings and light razor blade mark on the left side (typical when military units opened them up for inventory from the box). Has the original Anschutz style rear sight, front globe sight w/ inserts and sling swivel that attaches to the accessory rail. Comes with original shipping box and I will include the bipod. The walnut stock is very nice unlike the blonde ones seen.

I have an excellent condition Lyman Super Targetspot 20x magnification scope w/ lens caps, rubber eye piece and mounting blocks that can be purchased separately. I added a picture showing the scope on the Kimber.

There were approximately only 20K of these produced and are finely made as expected when Kimber were originally in Oregon.

if you have any questions feel free to contact me.

Reduced. These are very fun accurate single shot .22’s and made at the highest quality for you guys that haven’t handled one. With the 100rds fired with one type of ammo (CMP Aguila Eley primed 50/50 Target) it shot well. Never got around shooting Tenex, Lapua or any other match ammo, but I’m sure they would do very well doing some ammo/lot testing as my other ones were not too picky on ammo selection. These were the targets shot at 50 yds (5, 10 and 15 rd groups) after some fouling shots. Barrel will still need to be broken in with more shooting.

In addition, the receivers are grooved and can accept tip-off sight rings to be used with regular scopes. A couple people make a pic rail as well for the receiver.

May separate the Lyman 20X and rifle if interested. Just send me a PM

Honestly can’t remember. I bought a couple of them about 12yrs ago.

I’m jealous!! I need to figure out what that rail thing in the bottom of the stock is called. Good luck with your sale. It is my absolute favorite 22lr to shoot. You can hit golf balls at 250 yards with standard Remington non-match ammo all day long.

You can get a harris bipod adapter to fit the rail. It would be the one for European size and the Kimber 82g bottom accessories fit Anschutz accessories.
