It weighed just under 10 pounds. Took a lot of work to cook it properly, but well worth it. Heck, the filets were easy compared to this thing. Although, I got to use a hammer, which is always fun.

Yup. Big ole claw.
The Boss ate half of the big claw, a quarter of the tail and threw in the towel. Step kids ate some too, but plenty left over.
I really want to do a risotto tomorrow. Yum!
