Chase - great transaction

Chase was awesome to deal with, easy to coordinate, and patient. Definitely appreciate him being honest about a small crack in the frame of a pistol after we had agreed to trade and let me know before we met. Was able to work another deal relatively quickly. Will do buildings with him again if the opportunity presents itself
