I bet this guy thought it was funny to see everyone cussing at their phones. I doubt he is laughing now. Seems the drivers around him might be more likely to wreak as they try to fix their phones. I would not mind having one at restaurants though. :smokin:

I never would have guessed someone would get in so much trouble over it though.

He's lucky he didn't get a federal charge (spectrum management is federal issue) or even one for jamming the police radios. I think they went really lenient on him.
