Case for ar15

Just curious about everyone's case recommendations. Christmas is coming!

I think PSA had a tactical case and 4 or 5 P-mags as a special buy for around 99.00.
Also, Sig Sauer online had a package deal also.
It is nice to have the extra storage.

I like the padded tactical cases with 4-5 extra mag pouches on the side. spend a little more money and get a good one. Just shop the best price

I've got a Drago dbl rifle case with said pockets on one side.

Pros:
double rifle case
can be work backpack style with padded straps
has velcro retention straps to hold rifles in place
padded separation barrier
HUGE pockets on front for miscellaneous goods (will hold probably 12-18 magazines, etc)
good quality
strong carry handles
etc etc etc

Cons:
gets very heavy with the above listed shit piled into it, haha

Did you think the 36" was sufficient or would you go for the 42/46 size? I see some folks can pack it all in the smaller cases while others think the smaller cases will bust if they add anymore. I bought a large case for my handgun range trips and that sucker is heavy even when empty. I find I only use it on trips when I carry several handguns. Thank you for all the ideas!

36 is great. Fits ar's no problem. Fits an ak74 also, but just barely. I have to extends the stocks out on the ar's for a tighter fit

Mine is a Ghost Tac 42inch soft case my wife bought off e-bay bor my birthday. It's the same as the one wal-mart sells for $39.99 just a different name and mine has backpack straps. It seems like a quality pack though. It also has molle attachments I case you want to add on.
