    Can a Baldwin County Resident register gun through an Escambia (FL) FFL? Heard something that because they are adjacent counties it can be done.

    From my understanding it is a state regulation, not a county. Lets see what others have to say...

    My bad, I read this wrong...I now see you are in Alabama. State to state must go thru FFL as others have posted already...

    Any out of state gun purchase, with exception of air guns or muzzle loaders, must be done though an FFL holder in your state.
