    I got a #2 cable cut underground out in Jay, not far from the Tom Thumb on Chumuckla Hwy. I need to borrow or rent a cable tracer for a couple of hours if anyone can help. I don't need a toner, I have one. This cable is deep, probably 3'. It's getting about 53 volts on it while the other is getting 120.
