Busted Wate Pipe today, Need a Plumber

Is anyone a plummer on there? I'd rather give one of our own call than someone random. Water is currently off, for some reason the water pipe busted mid afternoon after we had the faucets dripping all night (I turned on faucet completely off at 0730 this morning after I shaved).

Where is the pipe located? Copper or PVC? Where are you located? I'm not a plumber but have tons and tons of connectors, glue, solder etc and may be able to help.

its PVC, I am located on the back side of NAS Near the Catholic Church on Gulf Beach Hwy, I have a full day tomorrow but I am going to try to figure it out in the daylight. If I can isolate it think I can fix it but untill I see/find the problem I don't know. I guess its a good thing the wifey filled up the tub with water!
