This is a Bushmaster DCM Competition rifle from back when Bushmaster was the "go to" company for quality. It's NOT the rifle you want to be carrying through the woods. It weighs in at over 13 pounds without a magazine. The barrel is a full 1" diameter under the free float tube. There is a 3.62 pound weight in the stock to help balance the weight of the barrel.
This one was my backup during the days I competed. It's been properly broken in and that's about it. The barrel has had a total of 400 bullets down the tube.
