Building a T/C Encore Pistol Questions???

I've looked online for a T/C Encore Pistol and all I can find is parts for them. What parts do I need to build a complete pistol? I've found a manual that I'm going to read but it's a lot of pages to get through and I'm not sure if it will give me the information I'm looking for. I'm hoping someone here has done this before and can give me some guidance as this has always been a great site for information! Much appreciated, Scott

I have many Encore and Contender models in various configurations.

Because of the modular nature of these guns it's not unusual to find barrels, grips, forends, and frames for sale.

I see several complete guns in pistol configuration listed on Gunbroker.

Are you primarily looking for one caliber?
Do you want to collect several?
What are you going to use it for?
Scope or iron sights?
What's your fantasy gun look like?

Scott I have a 7-08 pistol barrel, fore end and grip, w/ a nikon or bushnell scope if interested....all you need is a receiver. Then you can get rifle/smoke pole barrels as long as you have the butstock and fore ends fer them too....

Well after some research and feedback on the Encore I actually just bought a Ruger Super Blackhawk .44 Bisley Hunter, should get it in about a week! Will post separate thread with factory pic, sweet gun!
