Back on 8/24,about an hour after you put up the OP I eluded to the fact that something is terribly wrong. Throughout the #40 posts other people have tried to give you advice. People that own Benelli's with a similar operating system.

SOMETHING IS/WAS WRONG WITH YOUR GUN !!! Let 'em have it,get your money back,be done with it. You went ahead and spent how much money in ammo and other things on this gun ??

Did you just happen to get a "lemon" ??? I suspect so. Anyway ......... glad you are FINALLY done with it. One more word of advice. Please do not think that all Benelli's are like your gun. The very first box of ammo that I put thru my M1 Super 90 was a super light dove/quail load. At one point I was questioning just how fast the gun would fire. I held the gun at waist level and operated the trigger with my left trigger finger as fast as I could. The gun dumped all 5 shots in under 2 seconds.

Unless Benelli has done something to their guns since I got mine ..... they work. Just not yours. --- SAWMAN
