With the given volume of known lawsuits against the BATFE for regulatory overreach, I am actually surprised that the recent “pistol brace ban” hasn’t caught more attention from members of Congress … you know, the only legal body that create laws by which all other agencies in our Gov’t must follow.

We know how the “bump stock” case fared. We know that 17 different State Attorney’s Generals have filed suit over the “ghost gun” 80% parts and that is still playing out in the courts. The recent change in BATFE tactics that have hit home with shuttering our local FFL’s through “willful” paperwork errors has generated lawsuits. Now we have the “pistol brace” lawsuits crawling out of the woodwork.

This article is less than a year old but I feel these words have the most potential of them all to make a change, but this was a SCOTUS case (W.V. v. EPA ruling) that had nothing to do with our Second Amendment … BUT has everything to do with it! Well worth a read!

BLUF: Only Congress can make laws! When will they wake up and realize their role?

Answer to your rhetorical question: Congress will ONLY care when it starts to affect their re-election. Which, as long as they continue to "bring home the bacon" to their districts... will never happen.

Yep. Won't matter to them unless it's personal. Sure, they'll make a big show of "fighting," but we know how the late night vote followed by the run for the airport goes. And still they get re-elected....
