I recently had a Beretta 92FS Stainless Steel Inox 9mm pistol stolen from me. The pistol has the original factory grips, Red sights that are typical of the Italian made pistols. I have painted the front sight white and the half moon in center of rear sight white however this could easily be removed. One distinguishing feature that can not be covered up is slight (Dings) damage to the metal backstrap of the pistols grip. Below is a pic of what the firearm looks like. I can provide proof that this pistol belongs to me and was purchased through a local dealer by myself.

The firearm was stolen last Saturday night 04/05/14 out of my vehicle while I was in the field on a military training exercise. Last three numbers of serial no. are 347. The person who stole this is most likely a male and in the military however there is no telling who this firearm may have been passed off to at this point.

I have am offering a reward for locating the pistol and the selfish dirtbag who stole it.

    Thanks,

    Eagle

I know its not common practice but in this circumstance it might not be a bad idea to post the serial # if you have it. Makes identifying it that much easier. Sorry to hear that though. Hope it makes it back to you.

I do have the serial, a bit leery of posting online. However if anyone locates a possible match and would like to verify feel free to PM me.

Oh, there will be restitution. A thief is one of the lowest forms of trash you will find in any and all races, cultures and walks of life.

Already done TraderDan. No way would I take the chance of the firearm being used in a crime and coming back on me.
