I have a Bergara BXR (with upgrades) that I used for NRL22 matches for less than a year. The BXR is Bergara’s answer to the classic Ruger 10/22, with a match bolt, better threaded barrel, improved stock designed after their signature HMR by greyboe, and a 20 moa rail. This is a sub MOA rifle at 50 yards and I have accurately shot it out to 300 yards. I have also replaced the factory trigger with a KIDD single stage trigger. It is a super crisp and light trigger (by far the best upgrade I ever made on this rifle). It comes with an arca rail for mounting on bipods and tripods. It comes with an adjustable cheek weld from victor company. And lastly I have a total of 3 mags, 1 10 round mag, 2- 15 round mags, and a safety mag block.
If your looking to hop into the nrl22 game or any of the other local 22 matches, this is a perfect starter. All you need is a scope and bipod.
Value breakdown:
rifle - $549
Kidd Trigger - $289
ARCA Rail - $50
Mag block - $15
Victor company cheek riser - $30
2x Ruger factory 15 round mags - $50
Total - $983 value
Thats over $300 in savings
