My first Beretta (Beretta 96) really soured me on this model pistol for many years. Having owned multiple Glocks and XD's, I just couldn't get used to anything beyond striker-fired actions. Then I got into shooting 1911's, and got used to the weight of gun and the short, crisp break of the trigger. I recently came across a GREAT deal on a Beretta 92F, and took it to the range. That little bugger is far more accurate, in my hands, than any glock I've ever owned. Different strokes for different folks, I guess. Great gun though. Good luck witht he sale.

I have the stainless Taurus 92 with thousands of rounds thru her never a problem. I don't do toys made from milk juggs and old car bumpers.

merkinman Im with ya on that, I to have packed a Pt 99 around for 10 or more years, That frame hasnt failed unless someone was using it for a hammer on roofing nails,,, I like my Glock, But with these you can reach out there a little further an ( shoot lead ) if it come down to slinging lead as they say ,,, olecarver
