ATI Omni AR Pistol -Thought?

Found this on Slickguns... Anyone see or heard of such?
What does Hybrid mean in the model title of this firearm? Can the upper/ lower be interchanged with other AR pistols uppers or lowers? Looks like similar quality of the Extar maybe..

Bobby's Guns & Ammo in Brewton sells the carbine version for $549.00, saw them on their Facebook page. Don't have any personal experience with them though..

Looks OK but with prices being low right now I'd look into building a cheap forged lower and buying a complete upper of your choosing (PSA, BCM, Spikes, etc.) For roughly the same price or just a tad more. Known quality from reputable manufacturers
