I do not believe so. I have had the barrel and hand guard for about 5 years. Not sure the brand on the hand guard.

Dirtingd is correct on bordering state sales on long guns! But its up to the seller who he prefers to sell to! And it was stated in the original post FL residents only . Just my opinion
