Is this a factory built rifle? Were the stock and hand guards installed at the factory?

No, I have built 7 of these and use factory, Aero Precision parts, for the most part. Rifle is very nice and functions perfectly. You can fire it at my place or meet somewhere and test fire. Aero is out of these and it would cost $17 to $1800, if they had them.

It's about 9 lbs. with the magpul stock, which is the heaviest stock they make (I think), I have another Magpul stock that has a cheek rest that is a pound lighter and collapses 2 inchs shorter. Over all length with the one in the picture is 41 inches. I would sale with lighter stock for $125 less. Thanks for inquiring.
