Renovating our place we purchased and am having trouble with the a/c unit, it seems to cool fine just no volume of air out of the vent. I have cleaned the condenser coils and the fan is running and not freezing up. Only thing I can think of is maybe ductwork. Any ideas

yup probably ductwork.. Does it have an attic that you can get into?? I've done a decent amount of duct repair and running new Duct lines.. Not always fun, but you can pretty much buy all the supplies from lowes/home depot..

Very True John... Back in the day they use to use Duct Tape for taping duct work and lines.. which by now is useless because the adhesives has givin away.. Which then make holes.. Or someone has come along and knocked a hole in it or step'ed on it..

You can pretty much bet a duct has come loose or is leaking. Provided of course the vent is open :bounce:

I live in a trailer so hence the ducts are under the house, I am thinking a critter got in there. I am sending my friends young boy in there in the a.m. I can't get my big ass in the little trap access door. It's weird it has a block base and sits on it so there is a tiny entry door on the side. just bought this place last year and it has proven a chore.
