Anybody reload .270

I have a few boxes of .270 Winchester brass now and was wondering if anyone reloaded? I'd like to make some lower recoil loads for my wife to try out.

If these reloads will not be used in a semi-auto, give the Trail Boss powder a try. It has worked great for me with the super low velocity loads. See the Hodgdon/IMR Reloading site for instructions on use. --- SAWMAN

I use blue dot magnum powder in my 30-06 to produce reduced loads. The process is simple fill your 270 cartridge to the top, weigh it then reduce by 40%, load with light bullet,.
When I reload my 30-06 over 125 gr bullet its recoil is similar to 223 remington. ONLY DO THIS IN BOLT ACTION GUN

Sorry I should have been a bit more clear. These will be fed through a bolt gun. I'm not really in a position to start reloading myself (student budget in an apartment), I was looking for someone whom I could commission to reload for me.

You're going to have a tough time finding someone to reload for you, just for the liability factor alone
