B&T APC223 Pro

I have turned into a B&T fanboy after buying an APC9. Had to have a 223. Their 308 is next on my list.

Yep had a few and kept my APC223 8.7”. It’s a beast suppressed, recoil impulse feels like a scar 16

Acceptable reason to get rid of a b&t. Lol. I was looking to buy an sr15 prior to the apc223, but couldn't find one that wasnt $5k.

Yeah SR-15’s were getting stupid on pricing for several years. I was able to snag several uppers and lowers for good deals and no more than MSRP. My current project is finishing a M110 build. Already have an early original surplus upper, so the hard part is done.

What accuracy you getting out of your APC223?

Havent shot it yet, waited 2 months for the optic to come in. Just came this week. Hoping to shoot it this weekend.

Sighted her in today. I love the rifle, but i wasnt shooting well today. Was shooting about 2 moa at 100 yards. I know it was me though, not the gun. Softer shooting than my ar's for sure. The optic is hands down the best optic ive ever used, the glass is amazing. Shooting suppressed for about 30 rounds, definitely had some gas in my face, had to step back at one point.

Sorry, i suck at reviews... i need to shoot it more, before I come to a hard opinion, especially after my terrible shooting today.

If shooting suppressed, did you adjust the gas to suppress setting?

I’ve used a Q Trash panda and SF RC2 and don’t get much gas in the face on my 8.7”. Mine when suppressed shoots softer than my 16” or 14.5 rifles, very scar-like recoil

Good point, no, i forgot to adjust it. I knew it was there, but honestly, didnt even think about it.
