Me too. I'm driving up to Auburn on Friday night (if things go well at work today and tomorrow), but I'm going to come on back home after the match on Saturday. It's going to be a LONG day.

That drive home is going to suck. I took tomorrow off to drive up and I'm staying over after the match. Trying to relieve what pressure I can of me for the match.

They've been talking today about having to work on Saturday. I told them I'll come in, but they have to reimburse me for my entry fee. I'm honestly not prepared for this match at all, so it wouldn't be a huge deal if I have to work.

Some notes after looking through the stages again:

Only 3 targets WHO the whole match, not bad.

2 draws while seated - watch your muzzle!

Hope everyone got home last night safely and those travelling today have no issues. We had a real good time at the states! Hope more of you attend next year.

The rest will chime in sometime soon!

But for me... 3rd CCP/SS ! :third: My lack of concentration (after lunch) on Stage 4 cost me second.

I'll be needing the services of a good lawyer....I killed more hostages than a trigger happy terrorist. Had 2 good stages out of 12. Not a good ratio. Stages were very challenging. I think there were moving targets on all but 2 stages. And of all those moving targets, I think we had to shoot most of them on the move! Think I ended up 13th in SSP EX.

I killed a few good guys myself and also got 3 procedurals! The moving targets were everywhere and the we're triggered by infrared which sent out some of them hauling ass lol! I learned a lot and meet a lot of great guys so I will be back. I ended up 8th in SSP MM

I finished 10/18 in SSP Expert. I had 3 re-shoots in the first 2 stages. 3 non-threats and 1 procedural. Lots of mental mistakes, but I had fun.

Yep, my match went downhill right after lunch in 1984, but I must have had fun cause I'm short about 300 rounds 9mm, got a dirty gun, and a motel bill. One of my best looking $350 t-shirts and thanks to Spitfire, a Styer water bottle. No need for lawyer Jogan them guys were already dead, I shot'um first. PE's for moving when I should'a been hiding and standing when I should'a been moving, dang brain took a nap. Great match, some of us are too used to swimming in too small a pond. Big ponds got some BIG, fast, and accurate, fish. Take aways: good friends, new perspective, no extra holes, and large dose of humility, I'd say it was a great day! P.S. Great after match fellowship waiting for Spitfire's trophy. Be back next year Lord willing.
