I cant believe that I have never owned one of these guns.Always have intrested me though..Very weird now that I think of it.have had a little of everything but not ever an ak.Might have to ask for one in my trade post.You do take good pics kenny.How did you bring the wood back on the stock? You did a mighty fine job sir.

thankyou. Just a bit of stripping, sanding, 000 steel wool, pick a stain and stain it, and then patience with layer and layer of BLO

Ian I'm about to order a crazy mike red, and some white Duracoat for my sisters crimson tide Ar build. I'm not gonna need hardley any of the white. Ill get with you and we can lay down some white on somthing if you want.....

Yea I love white, just gotta keep it clean. Its a 1911 AR grip modded to fit the AK. Also have a white mag not in the pic

I have never been a fan of the commie guns, and have never owned one either. I dumped a drum on the finest looking ak that I have ever seen at the range the other day my buddy owns. They are cheap to feed and they are fun. I have also seen the damage that round can do first hand... Man that thing hits hard... I have also seen test, know I know why it is truely the greatest designed battle rifle ever...

Here are some pics of my AMD-65 (I have changed a few things) and Arsenal 74 with darker furniture. Also, yes the barrel is 16" on the AMD and the MD is permanently attached (welded).
