Was in Academy looking of 22 mag & they had 8 cases of 5.56 they are selling as individual boxes, plus something in most every pistol caliber. Pistol rounds were in short supply looks like 6 + boxes of each type. If you want some 5.56 you should be able to get some over the next day or so before it runs out.
I paid 9.99 for 5.56 federal & they had independence 5.56 for 9.99 as well. I swear I paid 10.99 last week for the same ammo at academy (but could be wrong)maybe this is a sign of things to come. I have never seen that many cases of 5.56 at academy before. Of course they could have just brought it all out front this time.
