When were the FRT trigger purchased? Are they the newer ones with the slight oval pocket on the locking bar?

By definition I believe it is, unless I'm misinterpreting the definition
A binary trigger fires on the pull and release, a FRT only fires on the pull. I uses a full auto profile bcg to force the trigger to reset after firing and then release the trigger once the bolt closes. So, it is not a binary trigger. However, looking at FL's law it does fall under the definition of their law. "....a device to increase the rate of fire of a weapon to an amount faster than could be achieved without it," to paraphrase a bit.
