I have ordered 2000 180gr FMJ FN Bullets from Delta Precision with an estimated time of 8-10 weeks for order shippment. Has anyone seen any available from a more expediant source? I have tried to call Montana Gold Bullet but they are not answering and apparently not taking new orders at this time. Thanks for any help!

    Cheers,
    Dave

Wish I could help. I ordered 1000 rainer 180s not too long ago from Midway. I would consider putting lead through my Beretta, but I understand those Glocks have that funky barrel.

I have reloaded Rainier and been very happy with them, just wish they were in stock. Thanks for the reply!

More often than not, this place has them in stock. They are OOS now, but they manufacture so they are popping up often. All the times I have checked the site and thought about ordering, they have been in stock. When I checked the link, for you, gone. But keep an eye on it.
(Ive never shot them, but was referred there by someone that has, and liked them.)

A friend loads the 9mm plated bullets from Berry's with good success in Glocks. They're copper plated not jacketed but work just fine. May be worth a look.

If you have done enough casting to make your own lube...I would say Boolit. If you're just starting reloading its still a bullet.

    Oneshot,

Thanks for the post. I had looked into a second barrel before and ended up ordering one today. I had a friend recommend Dardas cast bullets (www.dardascastbullets.com) and am going to be placing an order.
Any other recommended sources for lead cast boolits?

    Cheers,
    Dave

If when you get your barrel and if you have problem with the rds someting don't want to chamber, let me know I have fix for that, Have find some of the barrels come with what they call a match chamber, it is tighter, had to buy a stand reamer, run it in, that took care of the problem. Just my 50 cents jj

Thanks for the great info! The barrel is on back order and will be here in a week or so. Looking at 175 gr Semi-Wadcutter, but not sure as I have never shot cast lead before. Any recommendations?

    Cheers,
    Dave
