2005 Tiffin 40' Diesel Pusher -Pace

I'm posting this for my brother-in-law.
It's a 2005 Tiffin 40'. Two slide outs. Excellent condition. Very clean.
Mileage less than 46k. I don't know much about it but can put you in contact with him.
I know the pics aren't great. I took them last night with my cell phone just so people would have an idea of what it is.
Price is $89,995.

Thanks Frank. Last night was the first time I had been in it and I was impressed with the quality.
The leather is butter soft.
The only reason he is selling is because his parents decided to sell their Newmar and he bought it from them.

Yeah I guess so, I would have too, this one is just barely broken in.

What kind of height clearance do you have to have for this pusher? Wondering how tall a shed or building would have to be in order for it to fit underneath?

We have been able to get the nose of every RV that we've had come through here under our 12' shop door, usually the AC units on top are the high point, and our door would need another foot or so to clear that.

Joe, it's in a shed at my father in law's right now. I texted him to see if he knows how high it is.
If not, I'll go measure the opening in a little while.

Looks like Ian was spot on. My father-in-law says his shed is 13' but you might
be able to get by with a little less.
