1954 Tula SKS, matching numbers on stock, receiver, bolt, bolt carrier, and top cover [ZN 3712]. Matching numbers on trigger unit and gas tube [ZE 8194]. Non-matching russian magazine, with two detachable mags extra. This rifle has a ton of armory marks all over it. Tried to get some good pics. Back on the market. Now has a Russian MOLOT side rail installed, allowing use of AK style optic mounts and PSO scopes. Installed with machine screws rather than rivets. I have a very nice side rail mount to go with it for $60, from VOMZ PILAD, original Russian equipment as well

Ouch, hurts to see that done to a good shape lmost matching Russian SKS lol.

This is a common mod for rifles that haven’t left Russia. It makes the rifle more useful and enjoyable, without it being bubba’d. This one is using the appropriate original Russian equipment. It’s also installed with screws rather than rivets, so the rail can be removed and it leaves two small threaded holes. Check out the MOLOT OP-SKS and VPO-208 rifles.

I dont have a pic of the other side with the scope mounted. Those PSO style scopes would definitely fit though, as that's what the side rails were originally intended for. I just took a little more modern approach to it. Heres a photo of a yugo with a PSO style scope on it:
