So, being someone that would rather stay out of trouble, I did the free tax stamp on my braced pistols and they are all now SBRs I suppose.
I have 5, and I know there is an injunction against the ATF at the moment, and braced pistols are starting to show up in the new and used markets again...

A federal judge put an injunction on the ATF yesterday. They say it prevents enforcement of the brace rule for everyone nationwide. Next stop SCOTUS?
So I'm once again downsizing my gun collection. I can meet prospective buyers at my property in Ponce De Leon to test fire as needed/desired.
I'm going to list a bunch of guns (separately I think) and looking to sell probably half.
