      Question about stamp

      This is likely a stupid question but I'll ask anyway! Can you apply/pay for a tax stamp before you've decided on a suppressor? I know the usual routine is buy the suppressor and apply for the stamp - FFL holds suppressor until stamp comes through. Thanks
