      I know this is old, but just to add, a non-licensee can Form 4 and ship right to an out of state FFL/SOT. Then that FFL/SOT obviously transfers to the purchaser. 2 stamps to go across state line. Has to be a SOT though. Not a regular Tom Dick and Harry FFL. In state, no FFL/SOT is needed, 1...

      Ive been there to train a few times. Cant say enough good things about Bob and his classes. I know the usual question here is "what are your credentials" to be teaching when places pop up advertising classes. Im not going to spout off his resume, but Bob is the real deal.
