Looking for a friend. Bought Circuit Judge and needs target ammo. Would like FMJ but lead-heads OK too. No need for SD rounds this these are needed for range practice.

This is good quality ammo. Streicher's has great customer service and is a quality company to support. Shipping as always been fast too.

My son-in-law and I arrived at the range on Saturday around 3:00. It was not as busy as I had been expecting. The store was very clean, well-stocked and I was surprised to see the amount of long guns (specifically AR's) on the wall. No 22LR or 9mm when I was there, but 45 was there. They had...
Going to Birmingham this weekend to see Daughter, Son-in-law and grandbaby. We plan to go to Hoover Tactical tomorrow to see the store and hit the range. Anyone been?
Completed my lifetime membership about a week ago. I upgraded from my initial one year. Glad I did at this price, plus they need the support more than ever. Happy to contribute.
My apologies if I didn't give enough info on the issues. Perhaps I didn't know how to describe the issues in the best way. After cleaning (and removing anything that appears to be cosmoline), I'll take it back out and see what happens. I certainly take some pics so I can help you guy help me.
Good suggestions and insight, Snow Bird. I certainly would not go further than a simple polish on any internal parts on the Ruger. The FTF was happening with both my new mags. I have a friend at work that has a MKII, but I am not sure those mags will fit the 22/45. At the range, the mags...
Thanks for the responses, guys. I am going to break the gun down, clean it, examine the feed ramp, check the feed lips on the mags, look through the exctrator port with a mag installed to make sure everything is clearing, and try it again. Sucks I don't have a place to shoot it for testing...
I went to Santa Rosa Shooting Center with my wife on Sunday. She and I are both new to shooting (actually been 12 years for me...trying to get started again). I purchased a Ruger 22/45 from Mike's about two weeks ago, mainly for my wife to get comfortable for with shooting, and a fun plinker...
Thanks for the info Gaijin. My wife and I are going up there about 12:30 today. We'll be the ones who look like beginners! I'll have on a burgandy BMW ball cap and yellow shirt if anyone is going and wants to indroduce themselves and give some pointers to a few newbies.
Looks like great shooting by your daughter. I am hoping to go to Santa Rosa tomorrow. I haven't been there yet. Do they have target stands on the pistol range, or do you have to bring your own?
That will work. I have to head up that way tomorrow anyway. I will leave something for you with John...I've been blessed by many nice folks on this board and will pay it forward.
