anyone that thinks that a big ol' chunk of steel just a few yards away can't be missed needs to try it for themselves

well....not ALL of us got 'em three for three!lol I missed shots 2 and 4. Looks like tennjeep missed shot 2 and Dan missed 2 and 3 also. But I will say this is the first damn time I've shot them in the correct order! I've had these 3 steels in-line several times and I can manage to shoot them out of order every time! Hell, I did it twice in one day! I have a way of curving my first bullet around the first steel into the second steel for a sweet procedural to add to my score.

I hit the first steel, got cocky and ended up jerking the trigger twice on the second steel. Took a breath, slowed down and finally hit two, and got three. The group on the paper wasn't bad either. The interesting thing about that stage is that if you're running a 45 1911 like me and Jogan, if you miss, even once, you MUST reload.
It's really interesting how trigger control and all that good stuff goes straight out the window once that buzzer goes off. I could feel myself doing it but it was very difficult to control, lol, I need more practice for sure.

I've been told I have a "bowling" draw..

Technically yeah, your draw could be more efficient. I as well have a little bit of "bowl" in my draw but it's no where near what it was. I highly recommend the following video. Ron Avery is second to none IMO with teaching the draw stroke. He used to have a better video of just him up on youtube but it appears to have been removed.

That's a sweet STI on the man's hip. I'll have to try JJ's next time I'm up there. Dry fired them SWEET SWEET trigger.

Of course, that means nothing when the buzzer goes off and it all goes to sh!t. Lol.
