    Ruger Blackhawk in 357. Old 3 screw flat top model, Ruger website indicates it was manufactured in 1970. Looks like it's been refinished but looks well done. Thanks for looking. It does not have the safety update.

    I'm unsure, but I don't think so. It has to be at half cock to rotate the cylinder.



    Two minute video explains a molested and "unmolested" Ruger transfer bar safety. I don't think the half cock rotation of the cylinder has anything to do with a Ruger gun with a transfer bar safety.
