Winchester Ranger T 127 +P+ Your thoughts...

I realize some pistol manufacturers state that +P is OK for periodic use. However, with such a hot load, will +P+ cause permanent damage if I send a few down range in a Glock or Springfield? I would want to ensure my pistols would handle a few rounds at a time. I recently purchased several boxes at a price I could not pass up. I certainly wouldn't target shoot with this ammo, but for HD or CCW, this seems like a good choice. I've seen several reviews on this ammo and it has great stopping power for a 9mm.

I've been using the Winchester Ranger T 127gr +P+ 9mm load as a daily carry load for years -- great stuff that's street proven by law enforcement agencies across the country.

I use it in my Sig Sauer P938s I carry daily -- and have had zero issues with it. Glocks and XDs love the stuff! The manufacturer will never say that it is ok to use it -- but LEOs in agencies all over the US carry it in their Glock (and probably XD) firearms every day.

Thanks flyanscuba. As mentioned, I don't want to break anything that is " not intended" to use +P or +P+, especially myself or my wife by trying to use loads that are too hot.

Good stuff right there man, thats what I carry as well in my 26. Glocks eat em up!
