Considering Arizona acreage is high desert and sells to US citizens for only $100 an acre, a lease for $25 an acre is a pretty good deal for the land owner. I'd say somebody's ripping off the Saudis by leasing junk land for $25 an acre

Just one example. Theyve been rerouting water from the Colorado to “save the fish”. Farmers cant work. There is no drought, just evil stuff at work. Its a desert in the west. Its just part of the depop plan. Bet they’re doing the same to the Missipppi. Good times ahead.
