Id like to ask yalls opinion on the approx. value of this build.

Its a Mega upper, in 5.56, a HGW lower, telescoping stock, all black, a Rex 2-6x28e scope, firelight optics, a surefire light laser combo, and a foregrip. 5 mags

Id appreciate any info on it.
    Thanks GCGF

Unfortunately for potential sellers the market is flooded and the value of AR15s is quite low, it is definitely a buyers market. Ive never heard of an HGW lower. Is the Mega upper factory assembled? Rail? The other accessories listed wont add much value if any at all. I would suggest selling the surefire light separately. I would venture to guess somewhere from $650 to $900 depending on handguard and whether the right person is in the market. Unfortunately not many people are purchasing bastard guns because you can build a standard rifle for less then $500 right now. You could always ask for more and take offers. Good luck.

For what it's worth, you might be better off parting it out if you have to sell it. But like Frank said the price will probably come back up.

A lot of full AR15 kits going for less than $500 and lowers less than $75. They also have entry rifles that are sub $600.

Buyers see this and they don't want to pay for the premium stuff. Your accessories will not add to the value much. Sell it separately. If you have high end parts, like match barrels, billet lower/upper, a knowledgable buyer might give you more.

If you do list it here, provide good pictures and links to quality parts source.

You'll be lucky to get over $700-800 for it. I'm sure you have put more into it but with the market being so saturated everything is at an all time low price wise. Complete factory builds will bring in a bit more than home builds being that most reputable companies will warranty the gun and it was assembled at a factory. Your best bet would be to part it out piece by piece or hold onto it until the next panic. Now is not the time to sell, only buy. As the saying goes "buy cheap, stack deep".

Also I've noticed that the majority of the AR owners like cheap guns. They won't know or care about the difference from a dpms compared to a BCM or Daniel Defense. Obviously there are still a lot of people who know the difference and own quality stuff but the cheap guns seem to sell better than a high end home build
