Purchased this 4 days ago for my wife for $400 on Amazon and she does not like the way it feels, says the "zap" scares her.
Still in box, just opened it and tried it a few times. It comes with power cord and instruction manual.
I tried it and it's not a zap, just a pulse of light. But it sure does get rid of the hair. I am sure someones wife, daughter, or significant other will love it.
Looking to recoup some cash on it.
