Stopped by the shop this AM and had a "L O N G" talk with Dan. Great guy offering a great service that we all here can definitely relate to. Talked guns and the general atmosphere of the guns and accessories industry,then cussed and discussed the 6.8 and 300BLK stuff with a couple customers. Got into a great discussion with a customer in re. NV/Thermal also.

BTW Dan ..... I do believe that the bbl that we discussed is a MasDefense. Anyway,stop buy and see what he has to offer. He has more stuff in there than you would think being a "smaller" shop. --- SAWMAN

If that was you I talked to about the .300 black and the NV/thermal, thanks for the info. I was in there about noon today and picked up the lo-pro gas block. And thanks for the heads up on the 300BO forum. Been reading a lot on there.

Great shop for those that haven't been. Great selection of AR parts and accessories.

Thanks Dan ..... will step back in next week. Got a idea of a couple more "wants". As close as possible,gotta stay a distant second to Steve. I will definitely give you a chance before going online for my "needs".

Nothing against the other local(to me) shops. I see some good deals in some of them. They all have to compete. Nate is a great guy with great prices,just too far away. Capitalism is all about competition,both with the local businesses and the internet. I will buy local if the product is available then and there .... OR ....at a reasonable wait time. Five working days is my personal limit. OR .... about the same time as on line sales(Midway,Cabela's,CDNN,etc,etc). This,for things that are readily available. Special "stuff" I expect to wait longer.

I will continue to support the smaller,local dealers when possible or appropriate. I urge the other members of this forum to do the same. Actually,they are a GREAT meeting place for the active members here. Posted meet times ????????? Hmmmmm ???? --- SAWMAN
