They "rebooted" the series with the last movie. I had never watched a star-trek movie before it so I have nothing to compare it to, but it was really good in my opinion.

Hell yeah! The last one rocked, I catch it every time it's on, one of those flicks that never gets old, IMO. This looks sweet.
